Louisa van Staden
Louisa van Staden qualified in 1993 and practiced in large and medium sized firms . In 2005 when she took the leap and opened Van Staden & Associates. (VSA) and qualified as a Conveyancer in 2007 and a Notary in 2019.
Louisa recognizes the value of a small boutique type firm which places the focus and emphasis on the individual client’s needs. Louisa offers a very personalized service, where your matter is entrusted to her personally.
Louisa takes her passion for property law, to all her out of practice hobbies and sports. Louisa loves a round of golf and ocean swimming. Louisa also loves to cycle and has done 5 Cape Cycle Tours, and many Amashovas over the years. Canoeing is also a favorite pastime and for 18 years, Louisa has paddled 12 Fish River Canoe Marathon; 7 Duzis, most of S A surf ski races including 2 Cape Point Challenges. Her most recent endeavour is studying towards PPL (fixed wing pilots’ license), and you will often find her on her BMW GS exploring the outdoors.
